The Jersey Village Police Department said the truck was overloaded and rolled when making a right turn from Jones Road onto the service road.
SkyEye flew the scene, which slowed down drivers as the afternoon commute began.
A pile of debris cluttered the feeder road. It has since cleared.
Police said no injuries were reported.
